Answer: THE FUNDS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED ARE AUTHORIZED BY THE REFERRING PARTNER. WHICH MEANS, NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES FOR CLIENTS REGARDING SERVICES RENDERED.

Question: HOW LONG DOES THE PLACEMENT PROCESS TAKE?
Answer: CONSISTENT WITH THE SERVICES, PLACEMENT IS INDIVIDUAL PACED. THE MORE INVOLVED YOU’RE IN THE PROCESS THE FASTER YOU COULD ACHIEVE EMPLOYMENT.
Question: WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PLACEMENT, IN THE END, IS NOT A GOOD FIT?
Answer: BEST PRACTICE WOULD BE TO EVALUATE THE PLACEMENT ONCE IT BEGINS. AFTER 30 DAYS IF THE EMPLOYMENT IS NOT A FIT, WE REEVALUATE, AND MOVE TOWARDS REPEATING THE PLACEMENT PROCESS.
